Trong bài báo này, phương pháp thiết kế kết hợp giữa các cảm biến vào hệ thống xi lanh và vít me được trình bày. Đồng thời, tận dụng nguyên lý của vít me để vận chuyển hàng hoá. Băng tải hoạt động bằng cách nhận diện tín hiệu của cảm biến được đặt ở mỗi phần. Việc này cho phép dễ dàng nhận diện, có lỗi hay không có lỗi và toàn bộ quá trình được giám sát và hiệu chỉnh phù hợp thời gian thực.

DESIGNING AUTOMATIC CONVEYOR BY LEAD SCREW

Abstract

In this paper, the design method of combining sensors into the cylinder and lead screw system is presented. It combined the sensor system into the cylinder and lead screw system, and at the same time make use of the lead screw mechanism to transport goods. The conveyor works by detecting the signal of the sensor placed in each section. This allows for easy identification if errors are present and the entire process is monitored and calibrated in real time.
