Để có thể lưu hành trên thị trường, đầu báo nhiệt phải được kiểm định theo quy định. Nghiên cứu đề xuất giải pháp tự động hóa quy trình kiểm định giúp giảm sai sót và nâng cao hiệu quả kiểm định. Trong phần 1, các tiêu chí kiểm nghiệm đầu báo nhiệt đã được nghiên cứu. Trên cơ sở này, bài báo xây dựng lưu đồ biểu diễn quy trình các phép thử, đề xuất phương án kết hợp các tiêu chí theo nhóm chức năng liên quan, phù hợp cho bài toán tự động hóa kiểm định đầu báo nhiệt.

Abstract

Point-type heat detector must be thoroughly tested by regulations before being made available on the market. To make the inspection process more efficient, it is worth researching and proposing automation solutions. This article focuses on the criteria for testing point-type heat detector and suggest ways to automate the process. In part 1, we studied the criteria for testing point-type heat detector. On this basis, the article presents flowcharts of the test process and proposes a solution to combine the criteria, suitable for point-type heat detector automated testing.
