Trong nội dung bài báo này, chúng tôi trình bày về ứng dụng của phần mềm PTC Creo để thiết kế khuôn cho sản phẩm phức tạp có cả ren ngoài và ren trong đồng thời tiến hành phân tích CAE cho dòng chảy trong khuôn. Kết quả nghiên cứu là các hình ảnh của bộ khuôn sau khi thiết kế kèm theo đó là các biểu đồ liên quan đến nhiệt độ, áp suất. Từ các kết quả phân tích có thể biết được các thông số thích hợp cho việc ép ra sản phẩm, đồng thời dự báo trước được các khuyết tật có thể xảy ra để lên được phương án thiết kế tối ưu nhất.

APPLICATION OF CREO SOFTWARE TO DESIGN AND ANALYZE MOLDS FOR PRODUCTS WITH EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL THREADS

Abstract

In this article, we present the application of PTC Creo software to design molds for complex products with both external and internal threads and conduct CAE analysis for flow in the mold. The results of the study are the images of the mold set after design, accompanied by diagrams related to temperature, pressure, and flow. From the analysis results, it is possible to know the appropriate parameters for product extrusion and predict the possible defects to come up with the most optimal design plan.
