Bài báo này trình bày kết quả nghiên cứu ứng dụng phần mềm Clo3D mô phỏng mẫu thiết kế trên ma-nơ-canh ảo để xem xét, đánh giá mức độ vừa vặn của mẫu cơ sở áo nhẹ. Nghiên cứu đã kế thừa hệ công thức thiết kế của tác giả Armstrong, điều chỉnh lượng dư cử động ½ vòng ngực thân áo, sau đó tiến hành đánh giá hình dạng bên ngoài và độ vừa vặn của mẫu thiết kế bằng phương pháp đánh giá khách quan và đánh giá chủ quan. Dựa trên phân tích kết quả đánh giá, tiến hành hiệu chỉnh và hoàn thiện hệ công thức thiết kế phù hợp với dáng người phụ nữ Việt Nam. Mẫu thực nghiệm được đánh giá lần cuối trên mô hình ma-nơ-canh ảo và 5 người mẫu thật. Kết quả nghiên cứu có thể ứng dụng vào giảng dạy và sử dụng để phát triển mẫu mới trong may công nghiệp.

RESEARCHING TO FINALIZE THE DESIGN FORMULA OF A BASIC LIGHT SHIRT MODEL FOR YOUNG WOMEN AGED 18 TO 24 USING CLO3D SOFTWARE

Abstract

This article presents the results of research on the application of Clo3D software to simulate designs on virtual mannequins for reviewing and evaluating the fit level of the basic light shirt model. The study inherited author Armstrong's design formula system, adjusted the amount of movement to ½ of the bust circumference of the shirt body, then evaluated the external shape and fit of the design using both objective and subjective assessment methods. Based on the analysis of the evaluation results, the design formula system suitable for the Vietnamese woman's body shape was calibrated and perfected. The experimental sample was then evaluated on a virtual mannequin model and five real models. The research results can be applied to teaching and used to develop new models in industrial sewing.
