Bài báo xây dựng mô hình Markov ẩn (Hidden Markov Model – HHM) [1] cho hệ thống phanh xe URAL-43206. Sau đó, lần lượt giải bài toán chuỗi trạng thái tối ưu và bài toán ước lượng tham số để xác định bộ tham số tối ưu cho HHM. Bộ tham số xác định từ kết quả của bài toán ước lượng tham số được gọi là bộ tham số sau đào tạo. Nó cho phép HHM mới dự đoán và mô tả dữ liệu quan sát được một cách chính xác và hiệu quả hơn, phục vụ các nghiên cứu có liên quan về sự thay đổi trạng thái kỹ thuật của hệ thống phanh xe URAL-43206.

STUDY ON BUILDING AND OPTIMIZATION OF HIDDEN MARKOV MODELPARAMETERS FOR VEHICLE BRAKE SYSTEM URAL-43206

Abstract

The paper constructs a Hidden Markov Model (HMM) [1] for the braking system of the URAL-43206 vehicle. Subsequently, it sequentially tackles the optimal state sequence problem and the parameter estimation problem to determine the optimal parameter set for the HMM. The parameter set identified from the results of the parameter estimation problem is referred to as the post-training parameter set. It enables the newly trained HMM to predict and describe observed data more accurately and effectively, catering to related studies on the technical state variations of the braking system of the URAL-43206 vehicle.
