Bài báo trình bày cách khai triển hai trụ giao nhau và xác định tọa độ các điểm thuộc đường bao hình khai triển dựa trên phương pháp giải tích, hình học họa hình kết hợp lập trình tính toán. Các kết quả tính toán được lập trình bằng ngôn ngữ Autolisp thực hiện chức năng xác định tọa độ các điểm thuộc giao tuyến và hình khai triển, từ đó tự động xây dựng hình khai triển hai trụ giao nhau, ứng dụng trong gia công cơ khí như chế tạo các ống dẫn công nghiệp có dạng hình trụ từ tấm kim loại phẳng, tự động hàn, gia công biến dạng dẻo... giúp nâng cao hiệu quả và tiết kiệm nguyên vật liệu.

DEVELOP THE SURFACE OF TWO INTERSECTING CYLINDERS AND CALCULATE THE COORDINATES OF THE POINTS BELONGING TO THAT DEVELOPED SHAPE, APPLIED IN MECHANICAL MACHINING

Abstract

The paper presents methods for developing the surface of two intersecting cylinders and determining the coordinates of points on contour of that developed shape, based on the method of analysis, graphic geometry combined with computational programming. The calculation results are programmed in the Autolisp language to determine the coordinates of points on the developed shape, thereby automatically constructing the development of two intersecting cylinders. It can be applied in teaching and mechanical processing such as the fabrication of cylindrical industrial pipes from flat metal sheets, automatic cutting of shapes and welding which improve efficiency and save materials.
