Bài báo nghiên cứu ảnh hưởng của chế độ nhiệt luyện đến chất lượng mài hợp kim Permendur 2V trong chế tạo chi tiết từ mềm dùng trong ngành hàng không, tên lửa. Các tấm Permendur 2V được nhiệt luyện sơ bộ với các chế độ khác nhau và được mài phẳng với cùng một chế độ. Kết quả đánh giá chất lượng các tấm sau mài phẳng có thể giúp định hướng lựa chọn công nghệ nhiệt luyện phôi Permendur 2V trước khi mài trong chế tạo các chi tiết.

RESEARCH ON THE EFFECT OF HEAT TREATMENT ON GRINDING QUALITY OF PERMENDUR 2V ALLOY

Abstract

Permendur 2V alloy is a soft magnetic material with the highest technical saturation magnetization, exceeding 2.2T. This paper studies the effect of heat treatment on the grinding quality of Permendur 2V alloy in the manufacturing of soft magnetic components for the aerospace and missile industries. Permendur 2V plates were subjected to preliminary heat treatment under various conditions and subsequently ground flat using the same parameters. The assessment results of the quality of the plates after grinding can aid in directing the selection of heat treatment technology for Permendur 2V billets prior to grinding in the fabrication of components.
