Tóm tắt

Bài báo này nghiên cứu về thiết kế tấm khuôn âm cho sản phẩm dạng 2D. Công nghệ phun ép nhựa là công nghệ sản xuất các sản phẩm nhựa phổ biến được ứng dụng rộng rãi trong công nghiệp. Tuy nhiên, việc sản xuất khuôn mẫu cho quá trình phun ép còn gặp nhiều hạn chế. Công nghệ in 3D kim loại WAAM là một công nghệ tiên tiến, cho phép chế tạo trực tiếp khuôn mẫu mà không cần gia công cơ khí phức tạp. Tại Việt Nam, công nghệ này đang được một số đơn vị nghiên cứu triển khai. Các nghiên cứu chủ yếu tập trung vào khảo sát các thông số in, cấu trúc và tính chất cơ học của vật liệu sau in. Việc ứng dụng thực tế trong sản xuất còn hạn chế. Các nghiên cứu về ứng dụng công nghệ WAAM để chế tạo lòng khuôn cho quá trình phun ép nhựa còn rất mới mẻ, chưa có nhiều công trình điển hình. Do đó, nghiên cứu ứng dụng công nghệ WAAM để chế tạo lòng khuôn và thực nghiệm quá trình phun ép nhựa với lòng khuôn này là hướng nghiên cứu mới, có ý nghĩa thực tiễn cao đối với Việt Nam.

DESIGN OF CAVITY PLATE FOR 2D PRODUCTS

Abstract

This article studies the design of negative mold plates for 2D products. The design was carried out by students under the direction of Master Pham Quan Anh. Plastic injection molding technology is a popular technology for producing plastic products that is widely used in industry. However, the production of molds for the injection molding process still faces many limitations. WAAM metal 3D printing technology is an advanced technology that allows direct manufacturing of molds without the need for complicated mechanical processing. In Vietnam, this technology is being deployed by a number of research units. Research mainly focuses on investigating printing parameters, structure and mechanical properties of printed materials. Practical application in production is still limited. Research on applying WAAM technology to manufacture mold cavities for plastic injection molding is still very new, there are not many typical projects. Therefore, researching and applying WAAM technology to manufacture mold cavities and experimenting with the plastic injection molding process with this mold cavity is a new research direction with high practical significance for Vietnam
