Bài báo trình bày kết quả nghiên cứu thiết bị xử lý rác thải hữu cơ tạo phân compost cỡ nhỏ. Trên cơ sở phân tích, khảo sát đánh giá tổng quan về công nghệ xử lý rác hữu cơ tạo phân compost, tác giả đã tiến hành xây dựng sơ đồ nguyên lý của thiết bị và tính toán một số kết cấu cơ khí của thiết bị. Từ đó, xây dựng mô hình 3D mô phỏng nguyên lý hoạt động và thiết kế, chế tạo thiết bị. Kết quả nghiên cứu là cơ sở cho việc chế tạo thiết bị với chi phí giá thành phù hợp cho các nhu cầu của hộ gia đình, tổ chức cơ quan quy mô nhỏ.

RESEARCH, DESIGN DEVICE OF ORGANIC WASTE TREATMENT TO GENERATE SMALL COMPOST

Abstract

This paper presents the results of research on organic waste treatment equipment to create small-sized compost. On the basis of analysis, survey and overview assessment of organic waste treatment technology to create compost, the author has built a schematic diagram of the device and calculated some mechanical structures of the device. From there, build a 3D model to simulate the operating principle and design and manufacture the device. The research results are the basis for manufacturing equipment at a cost that is suitable for the needs of households, small-scale agencies and organizations.
