Hiện nay, các mặt hàng như hạt sen, cà phê, ca cao đều là những mặt hàng nông nghiệp chủ lực được xuất khẩu sang thị trường nước ngoài với số lượng ngày càng lớn. Để đáp ứng nhu cầu tiêu thụ ngày càng cao của thị trường, việc tổ chức sản suất nhằm nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm hạt sen tươi được nhiều nhà khoa học quan tâm nghiên cứu. Trong bài báo này, nhóm tác giả trình bày kết quả nghiên cứu chế tạo và thử nghiệm bộ phận bóc vỏ lụa hạt sen tươi trên máy bóc vỏ cứng hạt sen tươi. Kết quả cho thấy, bộ phận bóc vỏ lụa hạt sen tươi hoạt động hiệu quả và khối lượng trung bình của các hạt sen trong mỗi nhóm thực nghiệm bị hư hỏng thấp. Đồng thời, đây cũng được coi là giải pháp mới ứng dụng vào sản xuất hạt sen tươi ở Việt Nam, góp phần nâng cao chất lượng và giảm giá thành sản phẩm.

RESEARCH AND DESIGN OF FRESH LOTUS SEED SILK PEELER

Abstract

Currently, items such as lotus seeds, coffee, and cocoa are all key agricultural commodities that are exported to foreign markets in increasing quantities. In order to meet the increasing demand of the market, the organization of production to improve the quality of fresh lotus seed products is interested in research by many scientists. In this paper, the authors present the results of research, fabrication and testing of the fresh lotus seed silk peeling unit on the fresh lotus seed hard shelling machine, the results show that the lotus seed silk peeler works effectively. Effective and the average weight of lotus seeds in each experimental group was damaged low. At the same time, this is also considered a new solution applied to fresh lotus seed production in Vietnam, contributing to improving quality and reducing product costs.
