NGHIÊN CỨU THIẾT KẾ, CHẾ TẠO THIẾT BỊ BÓC VỎ CỨNG HẠT SEN TƯƠI Ở VIỆT NAM

Trên thế giới đã có nhiều nghiên cứu về sen và các sản phẩm từ sen để làm thực phẩm, làm thuốc hay cây cảnh… Tuy nhiên, do điều kiện địa hình, môi trường khác nhau nên việc chọn các giống sen cũng khác nhau. Thêm nữa xuất phát từ mục đích tiêu dùng khác nhau nên diện tích trồng cũng khác nhau. Cho đến nay, chưa có số liệu thống kê về diện tích trồng sen trên thế giới. Ở Việt Nam để hình thành được một ngành nghề mới cần xác định hiện trạng tiềm năng phát triển, dự báo xu hướng thị hiếu của khách hàng, quy hoạch vùng nguyên liệu. Các sản phẩm từ hạt sen đã được nhiều nước trên thế giới ưa chuộng. Để đáp ứng nhu cầu tiêu thụ ngày càng cao, việc tổ chức nâng cao năng suất bóc vỏ cứng, vỏ lụa hạt sen tươi là yêu cầu cấp thiết. Trong nghiên cứu này, nhóm tác giả tập trung nghiên cứu thiết kế, chế tạo thiết bị bóc vỏ cứng hạt sen tươi trồng ở Việt Nam nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu của thị trường theo hướng nâng cao năng suất và đảm bảo chất lượng của hạt sen tươi.

RESEARCH, DESIGN, AND MANUFACTURE A DEVICE FOR HARD SHELLING FRESH LOTUS SEEDS IN VIETNAM

Abstract

In the world, there have been many studies on lotus and lotus products for food, medicine or ornamental plants… However, due to different topographical and environmental conditions, the selection of lotus varieties is also different. In addition, stemming from different purposes of consumption, the planting area is also different. So far, there are no statistics on the lotus growing area in the world. In Vietnam, in order to form a new industry, it is necessary to determine the current status of development potential, forecast trends in customer tastes, and plan raw material areas. Products from lotus seeds have been favored by many countries around the world. In order to meet the increasing demand for consumption, the organization to improve the production of peeled and fresh lotus seeds is an urgent requirement. In this study, the authors focus on researching, designing and manufacturing a device for hard shelling fresh lotus seeds grown in Vietnam in order to meet the needs of the market in the direction of improving productivity and ensuring the quality of the seeds fresh lotus.
