Neo cánh xoắn ứng dụng trong hệ thống neo của nhà máy điện mặt trời nổi là trục có cánh xoắn, trục là thanh vuông, tròn đặc hoặc thép ống được hàn các cánh xoắn. Các cánh xoắn được làm bằng tấm thép, được ép thành hình bước ren vít. Khi neo xoay trong đất, các cánh xoắn sinh ra lực đẩy hướng trục làm cho nó tiến về phía trước. Neo cánh xoắn được thiết kế thay đổi để đáp ứng tải trọng yêu cầu theo hình dạng kinh tế và hiệu quả nhất đồng thời được sử dụng để truyền các tải trọng từ bề mặt xuống sâu hơn, địa tầng chịu lực phù hợp. Bài báo trình bày tóm tắt kết quả nghiên cứu, tính toán tải trọng và thông số cơ bản của neo áp dụng thử nghiệm và ứng dụng thực tế trong hệ thống neo nhà máy điện mặt trời nổi.

STUDY TO APPLY HELIX ANCHOR IN THE ANCHORING SYSTEM OF THE FLOATING SOLAR POWER PLANT

Abstract

Helix anchor applies in the anchoring system of the floating solar power plant, is pile with helix plate, the pile is made of solid square, circle bar or tubular steel shaft to which helix plates are welded. The helix plates are made of steel plate, and pressed to proper form of a pitched screw thread. When the helix anchor rotates in the ground, the helix plates generate axial force to make it to advance. The helix anchor is designed variably to response the required load according to the most economical and effective configuration at the same time is used to transfer the load from the surface to deeper, more suitable load-bearing strata. This article presents a summary of the studied results, load calculation and basic parameter of helix anchor applied for real test and real apply in the anchoring system of the floating solar power plant.
