In lưới là một trong những kỹ thuật in phổ biến được sử dụng rộng rãi trong các ngành công nghiệp. Tuy nhiên, trong quá trình bảo quản, sử dụng sản phẩm in lưới sẽ tiếp xúc và chịu ảnh hưởng trực tiếp từ môi trường (nhiệt độ, độ ẩm...) chất lượng sản phẩm in bị suy giảm. Chất lượng sản phẩm in lưới phụ thuộc chủ yếu vào thông số công nghệ khi in. Bài báo này tập trung đánh giá sự ảnh hưởng của nhiệt độ sấy và thời gian sấy đến độ bền của lớp mực in tách khỏi nền. Kết quả cho thấy rằng nhiệt độ sấy và thời gian sấy ảnh hưởng đáng kể đến chất lượng sản phẩm in. Khi sấy ở 145oC trong thời gian 50 giây sẽ cho độ bền sản phẩm in là tốt nhất.

STUDY ON THE EFFECTS OF SOME PRINTING PARAMETERS TO THE QUALITY OF SCREEN PRINTING

Abstract

Screen printing is one of the popular printing techniques widely used in industries. However, during storage and use of screen printed products, they will be exposed to and directly affected by the environment (temperature, humidity...) and the quality of printed products will be degraded. The quality of screen printing products depends mainly on the technological parameters when printing. This paper focuses on evaluating the influence of drying temperature and drying time on the durability of the ink layer separated from the substrate. The results show that the drying temperature and time significantly affect the quality of printed products. When drying at 145oC for 50 seconds, the durability of printed products is the best.
