Bài báo này trình bày ảnh hưởng của việc lấy mẫu các điểm đo khi đo chi tiết trụ trên máy đo tọa độ (CMM). Mục đích của nghiên cứu này là để xác định mối quan hệ giữa số lượng điểm đo, vị trí các điểm đo với kết quả đường kính và sai lệch độ tròn. Để xác định số lượng điểm đo tối ưu khi đo các chi tiết chính xác cao, chi tiết lỗ chuẩn được đo trên máy đo tọa độ và các kết quả đo được phân tích, thảo luận. Ảnh hưởng của số lượng điểm đo và vị trí lấy điểm đo đầu tiên được đánh giá kỹ lưỡng.

SAMPLING STRATEGY WHEN MEASURING CYLINDER WORKPIECE BY COORDINATE MEASURING MACHINE

Abstract

This paper presents the effect of sampling measurement points when measuring cylinder workpiece on coordinate measuring machine. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the number of measuring points, the location of measuring points and calculated roundness, diameter. To determine the optimal number of measuring points when measuring high-precision parts, the ring gauge is measured on a coordinate measuring machine and the measurement results are analyzed and discussed. The influence of the number of measuring points and the location of the first measurement point is carefully evaluated.
