THIẾT KẾ CỤM TẠO ẨM CHO BUỒNG THỬ NGHIỆM ĂN MÒN KHÍ SO2 TRONG THIẾT BỊ BÁO CHÁY

Bài báo trình bày thiết kế cụm tạo ẩm cho buồng thử nghiệm ăn mòn khí SO2  nhằm duy trì độ ẩm theo tiêu chuẩn TCVN 7699-2-42. Hệ thống gồm bể nước inox 304, vỉ rung siêu âm, hộp chứa hơi, quạt cấp và cảm biến nhiệt độ - độ ẩm tại hộp và đường thoát. Bộ điều khiển ON-OFF điều chỉnh công suất vỉ rung dựa trên tín hiệu cảm biến. Kết quả mô phỏng và thực nghiệm cho thấy hệ thống đạt độ ẩm mục tiêu và duy trì ổn định, khẳng định tính khả thi của giải pháp.

DESIGN OF A HUMIDIFICATION MODULE FOR SO2 CORROSION TESTCHAMBERS IN FIRE ALARM EQUIPMENT

Abstract

This paper presents the design of a humidification module for SO2
 corrosion test chambers
to maintain humidity in compliance with TCVN 7699-2-42. The system includes a stainless steel
304 water tank, an ultrasonic mist generator, a humidity box, a supply fan, and sensors at the box
and outlet. An ON-OFF controller regulates mist generation based on sensor feedback. Simulation
and experimental results show that the target humidity is reached within ~200 seconds and remains
stable, confirming the feasibility of an independent humidification unit
