Hiện trạng nguyên liệu pha dầu của dây chuyền sản xuất thuốc nổ Nhũ tương sử dụng loại dầu ba thành phần gồm sáp, dầu LPE, dầu SPAN. Các nguyên liệu cân đo thủ công và đổ vào bể hòa tan được gia nhiệt cho nóng chảy sau đó bơm vào bình nguyên liệu dầu để sản xuất. Do thực hiện thủ công hoàn toàn phụ thuộc con người nên có trường hợp xảy ra sai sót nhầm lẫn không đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm các loại thuốc nổ. Không có dữ liệu tra cứu hoàn toàn phụ thuộc ghi chép bằng tay vào phiếu công nghệ. Quá trình sang chiết nguyên liệu SPAN, LPE từ téc thùng chứa vào bể hòa tan diễn ra hoàn toàn thủ công nên không đảm bảo mỹ quan, vệ sinh công nghiệp. Bài báo này đề xuất tận dụng những tính năng ưu việt của Loadcell, kết hợp với một hệ thống bơm nguyên liệu có gia nhiệt tự động, được điều khiển bằng PLC thông qua màn hình công nghiệp HMI [1], từ đó xây dựng một hệ thống cân tự động cho công đoạn pha dầu trong dây chuyền đáp ứng được yêu cầu về một hệ thống cấp nguyên liệu pha dầu chính xác, đảm bảo mỹ quan công nghiệp, dữ liệu được lưu trữ và tra cứu khi cần thiết.

Abstract

Current status of oil phase materials of explosives production line The emulsion uses 3-component oil including wax, LPE oil, SPAN oil. The materials are weighed manually and poured into the dissolution tank which is heated to melt and then pumped into the oil raw material tank for production. Due to the fact that manual work is completely dependent on humans, there are cases of mistakes that do not guarantee the quality of explosives products. There is no search data completely dependent on manual recording on the technology sheet. The process of extracting SPAN and LPE materials from the tank to the dissolution tank takes place completely manually, so it does not guarantee the beauty and hygiene, industrial bio. This paper proposes to take advantage of the superior features of Loadcell, combined with a material pumping system with automatic heating, controlled by PLC through industrial screen HMI, thereby building a weighing system automatic oil phase in the line to meet the requirements of an accurate oil mixing system, ensuring industrial aesthetics, data is stored and looked up when needed.
