Nghiên cứu “Khảo sát ảnh hưởng lớp in đến độ bền sản phẩm WAAM” được thực hiện nhằm mục tiêu nghiên cứu về các thông số lớp in đến độ bền của sản phẩm. Kết quả của đề tài sẽ góp phần quan trọng trong việc hiểu rõ các cơ chế ảnh hưởng của quá trình in đến cấu trúc vật liệu và độ bền của sản phẩm WAAM. Từ đó, các giải pháp kỹ thuật nhằm tối ưu hóa quá trình sản xuất, cải thiện độ bền cho sản phẩm WAAM sẽ được đề xuất. Đề tài nghiên cứu này có ý nghĩa cấp thiết và thiết thực đối với việc phát triển công nghệ in 3D kim loại tiên tiến WAAM tại Việt Nam. Kết quả nghiên cứu sẽ góp phần ứng dụng công nghệ 4.0 trong sản xuất công nghiệp, nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh của doanh nghiệp trong nước.

INVESTIGATE THE EFFECT OF PRINTING LAYER ON WAAM PRODUCT DURABILITY

Abstract

The project “Investigating the effect of printing layer on WAAM product durability” was carried out for the purpose of this basic research. The results of the project will make an important contribution to understanding the mechanisms affecting the printing process on the material structure and durability of WAAM products. From there, technical solutions to optimize the production process and improve the durability of WAAM products will be proposed. Thus, this research topic has urgent and practical significance for the development of advanced metal 3D printing technology WAAM in Vietnam. Research results will contribute to the application of 4.0 technology in industrial production, improving the competitiveness of domestic enterprises.
