Tóm tắt

Quy hoạch điện 8 đặt mục tiêu phát triển các nguồn năng lượng tái tạo, trong đó nguồn điện mặt trời đáp ứng nhu cầu năng lượng của đất nước. Cụ thể, đặt mục tiêu ít nhất 50% mái nhà được trang bị các hệ thống điện mặt trời. Với định hướng thực hiện Quy hoạch điện 8 và cam kết COP 26 của Chính phủ, xu hướng phát triển điện mặt trời tại Việt Nam trong thời gian tới là rất lớn. Tuy nhiên, các thông tư, văn bản hướng dẫn triển khai cụ thể hiện đang trong giai đoạn dự thảo. Vì vậy, việc nghiên cứu nhu cầu lắp đặt nguồn điện mặt trời mái nhà (ĐMTMN) nối lưới đáp ứng nhu cầu phụ tải tại chỗ và cơ chế, chính sách khuyến khích phát triển ĐMTMN ở khu vực miền Bắc là một nhiệm vụ cấp thiết nhằm đáp ứng kịp thời nhu cầu thực tiễn hiện nay. Do vậy, bài báo trình bày phân tích đánh giá nhu cầu triển khai điện mặt trời mái nhà theo tinh thần Quy hoạch điện 8 và cam kết COP 26 của Chính phủ với định hướng net-zero vào năm 2050.

ANALYZING THE DEMAND FOR ROOFTOP SOLAR POWER IN VIETNAMACCORDING TO THE DIRECTION OF POWER PLANNING 8

Abstract

Power Plan 8 aims to develop renewable energy sources, in which solar power meets the country's energy needs. Specifically, Power Plan 8 sets a goal of at least 50% of roofs being equipped with solar power systems. With the orientation of implementing Power Plan 8 and the Government's COP 26 commitment, the trend of developing solar power in Vietnam in the coming time is huge. However, circulars and documents guiding specific implementation are currently in the draft stage. Therefore, researching the need to install grid-connected rooftop solar power sources to meet local load needs and mechanisms and policies to encourage the development of rooftop solar power in the Northern region is an urgent task to promptly meet the needs current practical needs. Therefore, the article presents an analysis and assessment of the need to deploy rooftop solar power in the spirit of Power Plan 8 and the Government's COP 26 commitment with a net-zero orientation by 2050.
