Bài báo nghiên cứu và đề xuất giải pháp dọn bùn lắng ở bể lắng giải nhiệt của Nhà máy Đạm Cà Mau. Đặc điểm bể lắng được nghiên cứu từ đó đề xuất giải pháp ba bước kết hợp giữa thiết bị và thủ công để dọn sạch bùn: hút thô dùng robot; dọn bùn trong các ngách bằng thủ công; và hút tinh dùng robot. Robot di động hai bánh xích được thiết kế cho hai bước hút thô và tinh. Kết quả mô phỏng và thực nghiệm một phần chứng minh tính khả thi của giải pháp đề nghị.

STUDY ON SOLUTION FOR REMOVING SETTLED SLUDGE IN WATER POOL FOR COOLING TOWER

Abstract

This paper study and propose solutions to remove settled sludge in the water pool for cooling tower at Ca Mau fertilizer plant. The characteristics of the water pool was studied and then propose the solution for solving this problem through there steps: initial step; manual step; and finish step. Tracked mobile robot are designed for removed settled sludge in the first and the last steps. Simulation and partly experiment results show the possibility of the proposed solutions.
