Tóm tắt

Bài báo trình bày phương pháp tính toán, thiết kế máy tách bùn trục vít đa đĩa. Trên cơ sở toán học, nghiên cứu đã chỉ ra thông số hình học tối ưu cho trục vít máy tách bùn. Nội dung bài báo cũng đề cập phương pháp thiết kế các cụm chi tiết chính của máy tách bùn. Kết quả bài báo đã xây dựng được mô hình máy tách bùn kiểu trục vít đa đĩa. Kết quả này là cơ sở quan trọng cho việc chế tạo máy tách bùn trục vít đa đĩa trong điều kiện ở Việt Nam.

Abstract

The paper presents the calculation method, design of Dewatering Multi-Disc Screw Press. Based on the geometric analysis and mathematical model, the screw profile of filter sludge is generated. In this paper also shows design method of main machine’s parts of filter sludge. The consequence of design demonstrates model of filter sludge is generated. It is based on important for manufacuring the filter slugde on conditions in Vietnam.
